Town Toyota Center, Wenatchee, WA
Rooftop Unit Upgrades: replaced a condenser coil serving one of the stages on the RTU, serving the south side of the arena. The condenser coil size required us to use a crane to lift the coils in and out of the unit. We also replaced two compressors that failed on the north side RTU serving the suits upstairs. This system was also acidic, requiring us to add acid eliminator and extra filtration to clear the refrigeration system of acid.

Full Electrical and Mechanical Tenant Improvement project in a Chelan Douglas Port Authority building. Upgrades included engineered mechanical, electrical and controls systems designed to mitigate and evacuate alcohol vapors in a distilling and bottling facility.
